Scott TenBrink has been promoted from Director of Customer Services to VP of Rentals.
Super Products is proud to announce the promotion of Scott TenBrink to Vice President of Rentals. Scott previously served as Director of Customer Service and has been a key contributor to the company’s growth and success since joining in September 2020.
In his prior role, Scott oversaw aftermarket parts, service, and warranty support. Over time, his leadership expanded to include the demonstration team and commercial launch preparedness. Under his guidance and with the support of a talented team, the Customer Service department has achieved numerous milestones, including more than 16% year-over-year growth in parts sales, enhanced customer retention through strong relationships, expanded service training for customers and dealers, and instrumental contributions to the launch of Super Products’ online warranty registration and eShop.

Before joining Super Products, Scott spent 20 years in the agricultural equipment industry at CNH, where he held roles including Product Engineer, Field Service, and Global Product Manager for the company’s flagship high-horsepower tractor line. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Michigan State University.
